Return Conditions

You may return your purchase within 14 days of the delivery date.

Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and returned with their original tags and packaging intact.

Exchange Conditions

For size or colour exchanges, simply contact us within 14 days of the delivery date.

Exchange requests are fulfilled subject to availability.

Return Process

• Send your return request to info@cravers.com
• Ship the item back in its original packaging
• Your refund is issued within 5-7 business days of us receiving the item

Non-Returnable Items

Items that have been used, washed, had their tags removed, or had their original packaging opened cannot be returned.
